Description
The project is being commissioned to deliver a nationally representative household survey examining adverse experiences across the life course, resilience and the commercial determinants of health. The project will be led by the PHI research team who will lead on survey design, ethical approval, data analyses and reporting. This service specification is to procure the professional data collection partner to lead on data collection. This Invitation to Tender (ITT) invites bidders to: • Liaise with the LJMU team to finalise the survey questions; sampling strategy/framework; and agree lines of communication. • Implement and manage all fieldwork procedures to collect the data as per the agreed approach, providing timely updates and regular sample data to LJMU. • Liaise with LJMU throughout to review data quality and amend study procedures if required to ensure data are of high quality and completion. • Prepare a final clean SPSS data file, with appropriate coding and accompanying data dictionary, and a data collection methodology report, and provide this to LJMU within the agreed timeframe. • Be available to support with any data collection, and/or data file or coding queries during the data analyses and output production phase (implemented by LJMU).
