The subject of this procurement procedure is the maintenance and upgrades of the Institutions' Business Information System (SIGMA) and the upgrade from the Odoo Community 12 platform to Odoo Community 18. CARNET's Institutions' Business Information System was developed within the framework of the "e-Schools: Establishment of a System for the Development of Digitally Mature Schools (Pilot Project)", with the aim of establishing a centralised, unified and standardised system for business information and the monitoring of business processes in schools.
