Tender 18/2026 - Event Stewarding to include Event Safety and Safeguarding Duties for NMDDC Events Department

Newry, Mourne and Down District Council (The Council) is inviting tenders from suitably experienced suppliers for the provision of Event Stewarding to include Event Safety and Safeguarding Duties for Council Events. Through the provision of a professional service, the supplier will play a fundamental, front?line role in the safe, compliant and successful delivery of Council events. The contract will initially be awarded for a 2-year period with the possibility to extend by 36 months (3 x 12-month optional extension periods) subject both to satisfactory supplier performance and budget availability.
