OPA T834 OFD Campbeltown depot: to identify viable recommendations for the fuel loading system such that a well informed decision can be taken by the OPA on whether to retain and refurbish the existing Flow Boom Tower arrangement, or, install a new fuel loading system based on the (Quantifiable) information delivered by the options study. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
