Description
The City of Helsinki Social, Health and Rescue Services invites tenders for special window cleaning services in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes. The subject of the procurement is the washing of special windows in the City of Helsinki's Social, Health and Rescue Services, including the washing of windows in high places, windows that are difficult to reach (e.g. railings) or large, windows with special structures (e.g. dome windows) and other windows requiring special tools. The service also includes window cleaning in tall buildings where special arrangements are required to access the outside of the windows. A framework agreement of three (3) service providers will be established following a call for tenders, subject to the receipt of a minimum number of successful tenders.
