Alta municipality would like to procure parallel framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers who shall cover the ongoing need for painting, wallpaper and floor work. The contract shall cover both renovation of existing buildings and minor new buildings, and cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing needs. Alta municipality administers considerable properties and would like to enter into a framework agreement with a company for painting/wallpapering services. The contract shall cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing need for both maintenance, renovation of existing buildings and minor new buildings. The contract is estimated to have a value of NOK 500,000,000 excluding VAT. NOK 4 million in 4 years, and the maximum value is NOK 6 million. The contracting authority is not obliged to procure services for a sum of money, it is only an estimate. Municipal companies, IKS where Alta is the co-owner, cultural building, arts hall and municipal foundations will, if needed, also be able to use these contracts. The outlet must be located at maximum 10 km from Løkkeveien 35, 9510 Alta.
