Description
De opdracht betreft de ondersteuning van RVO bij het registreren en verwerken van reacties en zienswijzen tijdens informatieavonden over energie- en mijnbouwprojecten die onderdeel zijn van wettelijke inspraakprocedures. Hierbij worden reacties van belanghebbenden zorgvuldig vastgelegd ten behoeve van de verdere besluitvorming. De geraamde opdrachtwaarde bedraagt € 200.000,- exclusief btw. Deze raming is gebaseerd op de uitgaven in de afgelopen jaren en het verwachte aantal Informatieavonden gedurende de looptijd van de Overeenkomst. Bij de raming is uitgegaan van gemiddeld 62 Informatieavonden per jaar. Opdrachtgever kan, indien de omstandigheden zoals beschreven in paragraaf 2.6.1 van het aanbestedingsdocument zich voordoen, de opdracht uitbreiden tot de maximale opdrachtwaarde. De onder de Overeenkomst, inclusief eventuele toepassing van de herzieningsclausule en de optiejaren, af te nemen totale maximale waarde bedraagt € 300.000, - exclusief btw.
