Finland – IT services: consultancy, software development, internet and support – Framework agreement for ICT specialist services 2026–2030

Description

The subject of the procurement is ICT consultancy services to meet the needs of Metsähallitus. The procurement comprises fourteen (14) separate and independent lots, for each of which separate procurement decisions will be made. A tenderer may submit a tender and be selected for one or more lots. The procurement and the various sub-areas are described in more detail in this invitation to tender and in the sub-area-specific annexes to the invitation to tender. The procurement is a framework agreement. For each lot, the contracting authority will select the number of suppliers specified in the invitation to tender with whom it will enter into a contract. The framework agreements will remain in force for forty-eight (48) months.
