Re-tender for LOT 8 under the project “Provision of specialist medical equipment to the PIATRA NEAMT COUNTY EMERGENCY HOSPITAL for the diagnosis and treatment of cancer”, SMIS code 328893 a) The deadline by which economic operators may submit requests for clarification or additional information, as specified in Section I.3, is 18 days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. b) Provided that requests for clarification have been submitted within the timeframe specified in the tender documentation, the contracting authority shall respond clearly and comprehensively to all such requests by the 11th day prior to the deadline for the submission of tenders.
