Asbestos Surveys

Description

The Contractor shall provide asbestos management survey services in accordance with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 (CAR 2012), HSE guidance HSG264 Asbestos: The Survey Guide, and all other applicable legislation, approved codes of practice, and industry standards. The purpose of the surveys is to locate, as far as reasonably practicable, the presence and extent of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs) within domestic properties and will include any external areas associated with the property (Gardens and all areas and outbuildings within the property curtilage) garages, communal areas, and commercial premises, and to assess their condition and potential for disturbance during normal occupation and maintenance activities.
