This tender opportunity has been issued by St Christopher’s C of E (Primary) Multi Academy Trust (“the Trust”) and Contractors are invited to tender for the provision of ICT Managed Services (“the Service”). Full details of all contract requirements are given in this Document 2. Specification of Requirement. The proposed contract will encompass delivering the following services to the Trust which: a. are cost effective and delivers high quality technical support, system management and consultancy b. provides transparent all-inclusive pricing which allows accurate budgeting over the term of the Contract. c. provides a single point of contact for all of the Trust’s IT requirements and management of third-party providers. 3. The Contractor will be expected to manage the complete IT lifecycle of the Trust from initial advice and installation through to the day-to-day support and management, including providing brief user guides to assist with onboarding of new staff; system access, network storage, protocols etc. 4. The Contractor must be: a. flexible with respect to future requirements and service options and Is able to adapt to the changing IT landscape throughout the life of the contract. b. innovative and can demonstrate a shared vision with the Trust regarding future service development with a particular focus on executing a successful cloud migration strategy across all sites. c. able to take a hand’s on approach to all the ICT needs of the school, including equipment set up (e.g. android handsets and apple devices), software installations, MFD connections, troubleshooting and repairs to keep the school running effectively. d. able to gives staff and students confidence when using the school’s ICT resources.
