In this tender, the Contracting Authority wishes to invite tenders for ad hoc property maintenance services. The tender comprises the following categories of work: Green services: Gardening services, such as weeding flowerbeds, mowing lawns, and pruning and felling hedges and trees.Cleaning: Collection of rubbish, removal and disposal of large quantities of waste, street sweeping, graffiti removal, clearing of items from the site, collection of syringes and clearance of squatter camps (including personal belongings, rubbish and sanitary waste). Storage facilities: When clearing squatter camps, there must be facilities for storing the cleared items for up to three months.
