Description
The aim of this tender is to contract and implement a centralised, integrated solution for case-based working and VTH tasks from the perspective of the VRFGV, which will fully replace the current systems. The initial term of the Agreement to be concluded is four years. The contract includes three options to extend it by two years each. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore ten years (4 + 2 + 2 + 2). In addition, a stand-by agreement will be concluded with a term of one year. A ceiling amount of €200,000 excluding VAT (one-off payment) applies to the implementation phase. For the operational phase, the amount is €118,000 excluding VAT per year.
