Description

The University of Vienna uses products and modules from the Matrix42 software solution. The existing Matrix42 system has been adapted to the specific organisational, technical and academic requirements of the University of Vienna and is used in particular for centralised software deployment, automated provisioning, the service catalogue, and software, asset, contract and licence management. The subject of this call for tenders is the conclusion of a framework agreement covering Matrix42-related implementation, further development, customisation, maintenance, support, health checks, interfaces, workflows, documentation, training and consultancy services for the University of Vienna’s existing Matrix42 system.
