Description

The General Secretariat of the Tagus River Basin Authority is responsible for providing cleaning services at its offices, dams and residences located throughout the river basin. The lack of the necessary and qualified staff within the organisation’s workforce, as well as the lack of the resources required to fulfil the contract’s objectives, is what necessitates outsourcing this service.
