Lohjan Liikuntakeskus Oy and Lohjan Liikuntahallit Oy (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Client’) are inviting tenders for maintenance cleaning services for sports facilities. The cleaning services to be procured comprise maintenance cleaning services for the Neidonkeitaan Leisure Swimming Pool, the Lohja Ice Rink and the Tennari Sports Centre. The Client is primarily responsible for organising the cleaning of the premises using its own staff. The cleaning services will be provided using a hybrid model, in which the Client’s own cleaning staff will be supplemented by an external service provider in accordance with the Client’s needs at any given time. The requirement varies depending on the availability of the Client’s own cleaning staff. Requirements must be notified monthly, no later than two weeks before the start of the following month.
