Description

The subject of the procurement is the implementation of a records management system within Eximbanka, the procurement of the licences required to use this system, and, following completion of the implementation, the support and further development of the system in accordance with the bank’s needs. The system must operate in accordance with the legislation currently in force governing records management systems. The proposed system must be certified by the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic and listed in the current version of the List of Certificates issued by the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic with a ‘high’ level of compliance. The proposed method of implementing and operating the system must ensure that no vendor lock-in issue arises; therefore, the scope of supply must also include copyright to an extent that will enable the system to be operated in future in cooperation with another supplier.
