Description

The subject of this public procurement contract comprises the provision of post-warranty maintenance for IT equipment under 3 (three) separate lots, as follows: - Lot No. 1 ‘Post-warranty maintenance of virtual servers’; - Lot No. 2: ‘Post-warranty maintenance of servers, virtualisation software and centralised management of the virtual environment, data backup software, disk arrays and other active equipment’; - Lot No. 3: ‘Post-warranty maintenance of multifunctional devices and software for centralised print management with the relevant licences (print server)’. The requirements for providing post-warranty support for IT equipment are set out in the technical specifications for the relevant lots (Annex No. 1.1, Annex No. 1.
