This mixed service and supply contract consists of providing Madrid City Council with the necessary licences and services for the operation of the CouncilBox OVAC platform (virtual offices for citizen services) or equivalent. These virtual offices will enable a new communication channel between citizens and the City Council, allowing the resolution of the most requested procedures without the need for citizens to travel to the City Council's facilities.
