Committee Livestreaming

Description

Dumfries and Galloway Council is seeking to procure a single supplier to deliver livestreaming/audio visual services, primarily to Council/Committee meetings. These meetings are open to the public and livestreaming further enables accessibility, thus enhancing our openness with stakeholders. Council/Committee meetings are held on a hybrid basis, enabling attendees to attend in person or online via Microsoft Teams and these are livestreamed on our YouTube Channel. The successful supplier will be expected to attend meetings in person.
