Description
The purpose of this consultation is to provide application maintenance and corrective maintenance for the internet communication service for the websites of the City and the Montpellier Metropolitan Area. The framework agreement with a maximum value has been concluded pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1(1), R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The services are paid for at unit prices (BPU). Payment will be made on the basis of the quantities actually completed. The estimated amounts indicated in the contract specifications are indicative and include all renewal periods.
