Description

Carrying out all necessary cleaning activities for the 16 sites covered by this tender. The scope of the contract includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Regular daily cleaning tasks based on task-oriented cleaning procedures; • Regular periodic maintenance -> standardised tasks to be carried out less than once a week; • On-demand tasks -> tasks that do not have a fixed frequency but are carried out as and when required; • Window cleaning of façade and partition glazing, and any other glass surfaces. The contract covers a total of 16 sites with a total floor area of approximately 33,890.00 m² and a glass cleaning area of approximately 17,573.00 m².
