Description
The Oost-Brabant Education Group Foundation is the lead organisation for a European tender under the open procedure for the ‘AFAS28 Implementation Partner’ contract. The contract concerns the appointment of a single AFAS implementation partner for the merged organisation comprising Secvo, Silfo and OGOB. The contract comprises setting up AFAS in accordance with best practice, data migration from the three existing AFAS systems to AFAS28, establishing interfaces with related applications, user training and providing advice on setting up the management organisation. AFAS28 must be operational by 1 January 2028. Phase 2 will end no later than 30 June 2028. Tenders must be submitted exclusively in digital form via the tendering platform.
