"PROJECT DESIGN AND EXECUTION OF WORKS: "TransRegio Feleac TR 35 Road - Phase I TR 35 Metropolitan Ring Road and Link Roads - Phase I TR 35 Metropolitan Ring Road and Link Roads, Lot 3: TR35 road between km 19+600 and km 24+365, including Node 8-(Basarabiei), Node 9 (Frunzișului), with tunnels 1+2+3 and DL B8 connecting road (Tr 35 Node 9 - Frunzișului Street in Cluj-Napoca)" according to the attached technical documentation; In accordance with the provisions of Art. 160 alin. (1) of the Law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the Authority establishes the deadline for response to clarifications: any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the Award Documentation
