Description
The purpose of the contract is: - To develop solutions based on the APPIAN platform on behalf of the Yvelines Departmental Council; - To maintain the PAPYRUS solution, which is scalable and comprises maintenance, corrective, adaptive and regulatory updates; - The provision of consultancy services, technical and functional support, and training services. The contract takes the form of a mixed-price contract, comprising: · A fixed-price component corresponding to the corrective maintenance of the solutions developed on the APPIAN platform and the associated telephone support. The amount of this fixed-price component is set out in the DPGF section of the Commitment Agreement (AE); · A variable component based on purchase orders (or work orders serving as purchase orders)
