Description

1.The subject matter of the contract is conclusion of a Framework Agreement, hereinafter referred to as "the Framework Agreement", for provision of comprehensive services for development of ZSI (Integrated Information System) software (Wytwarzanie 2.0) by Contractors, according to the description of the subject matter of the contract specified in Appendix no. 1 to the SWZ and according to the draft Framework Agreement, constituting Appendix no. 2 to the SWZ. 2.The draft Framework Agreement constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ presents the Framework Agreement within the meaning of Article 7(26) of the PPL Act in conjunction with Article 311 of the PPL Act (et seq.) and sets out the terms and conditions for awarding individual Implementing Contracts awarded by concluding Implementing Contracts, hereinafter referred to as the "Implementing Contract" with the Contractor. The draft Executive Contract constitutes Attachment No. 2a to the SWZ.
