Description

Thermal Upgrade and Alterations to the existing Weir Lodge. The project includes for carrying out works to the existing Weir Lodge Site and Temporary Works to ensure the surrounding IFI Offices, Fishery and Facilities remain uninterrupted throughout the course of the works. The following is a summary of the proposed works; Demolitions and Alterations, Asbestos Removal and Disposal, External and Internal Refurbishment Works, Ground Floor Upgrade Works, Minor Roof Alterations, Thermal Enhancement Works, Stairs Reconfiguration Works, Removal and replacement of external windows and doors, Re-decoration Externally and Internally, Internal Fixed Furniture Fitout, Sanitary Ware Fitout, Mechanical Installation and associated Builder's Works.
