The key objectives of this framework agreement are as follows: To successfully take over the systems resulting from the implementation of the CNT6 programme whilst ensuring continuity of service; To ensure high-quality output with the best possible performance; To integrate the various services within the user’s digital journey, aiming for a consistent user interface and coherence across the journey; To contribute continuously to the digital transformation of user relations through innovation and the development of seamless, simple and fast digital journeys that meet the expectations of the Agency’s users and partners; Work collaboratively with portal users (partners, CRC, etc.) to co-create digital services and journeys that are understandable and accessible to all, in order to improve the experience and
