Description

Services are paid for on a flat-rate basis. The entire process of managing the schedules and working hours of the Regional Agents of the Lycées and CREPS: from the preparation of the schedules by the agent's local manager, through the monitoring and control of the hours worked in compliance with the working hours regulations, to the management of on-call and duty periods. The objectives of moving from a non-centralised solution to centralised management of schedules and working hours are as follows: - Simplification of the process (for local managers at each site and for HR managers); - Time savings; - Easier, centralised access for local managers at each site and for HR managers.
