Description

The subject matter of this public contract is the provision of eco-friendly cleaning services in the leased premises at 8. května 165/20, Lovosice, which are occupied under a tenancy agreement dated 29 April 2026 by the Lovosice branch of the Czech Labour Office (ÚP ČR). The subject matter of the contract is divided into flat-rate services, for which the contracting authority will pay the contractor on a monthly basis, and additional services, for which the contracting authority will pay the contractor according to actual consumption. A detailed definition of the subject matter of the public contract, including the technical specifications in the detail necessary for the preparation of a tender, is set out in the annexes to the tender documentation. The scope of the required services is defined in particular in the binding model contract, which forms Annex A to the tender documentation.
