Description
The purpose of this contract is to provide IT maintenance services for the University of Barcelona's economic-financial information system; specifically, the functional part of the solution and the provision of administration and technical support services for the SABE systems. The contract does not cover hardware and operating system support services for the technological part. The provision of the service must include, always under the direction and supervision of the team responsible for the University of Barcelona: - Corrective maintenance.
