Description
The subject of the tendering procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement without renewal of competition between the contracting authority and a single supplier, on the basis of which the following services will be procured. The subject of the procurement to be awarded under the framework agreement will be the provision of programming services related to the CLARIN-DSpace software. The subject-matter of the procurement contracts to be awarded under the framework agreement is specified in the framework agreement proposal (Annex 2 to the tender documentation) and in the subject-matter specification (Annex 5 to the tender documentation).
