Description

Donegal County Council wishes to appoint an Engineering Services Provider (ESP) for the Design, management and operation of restored landfills, particularly design and operation of leachate and landfill gas management systems; Reporting and returns for Licences, including Annual Environmental Reports (AERs) and Annual Pollutant Release Transfer Register (PRTR) returns; Production and updating of Safety Statements for facilities; ATEX Assessment of facilities and production of Explosion Protection Documents (EPD); Follow-up actions for and finalisation of Hydroegological Risk Assessments; Optional services:- AA Screening; Compliance monitoring; Ad-hoc services.
