The subject of this procurement is the selection of a private partner for entrusting the performance of the public utility service of scheduled passenger transport in urban and suburban traffic within the territory of the City of Valjevo, through a public-private partnership with concession elements. The procedure is conducted as an open procedure. The contract will be awarded based on the best price-quality ratio. The estimated duration of the contract is 120 months. The procurement is not divided into lots. The main place of performance is the territory of the City of Valjevo.
