Description

The tender is divided as follows: Mixed contract: Lot 1: Sports facilities – Gymnasiums and stadiums (City of Colmar / Colmar Agglomération) - The services detailed in the ‘DPGF’ tab of the financial document form the basis of a standard public contract awarded on a lump-sum basis. They constitute the lump-sum part of the mixed contract. - The services detailed in the ‘Unit Price Schedules’ tab of the financial document form the basis of a framework agreement with purchase orders, concluded without a minimum value and for a maximum annual amount of 100,000 euros excluding VAT, in accordance with Articles L2125 - 1; R2161 - 1 to 6 and R2161 - 13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code.
