France – Cleaning services – FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT WITH MULTIPLE CONTRACTORS FOR THE PROVISION OF POST-DISASTER AND SANITISATION CLEANING SERVICES

Description

The purpose of this multi-contractor framework agreement is the provision of specialist cleaning, disinfection, decontamination and restoration services for the premises and dwellings under the jurisdiction of the OPAC de l’Oise, following sensitive incidents: deaths, unsanitary conditions/Diogenes syndrome, evictions, fires, water damage, vandalism or health risks. This framework agreement, operated via purchase orders, applies to the performance of these tasks across the entire property portfolio of the OPAC de l’Oise. These services may relate to rental properties, commercial premises, co-owned properties, individual dwellings, blocks of flats, residential care homes and/or premises open to the public (ERP), and commercial premises.
