Norway – Procurement consultancy services – Framework agreement for procurement advisory services

Description

The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one - 1 - tenderer who has the procurement capacity and competence that is relevant for SPK's procurement profile. The contract shall primarily ensure SPK effective access to assistance with the execution of procurements. In addition the contract shall ensure SPK access to legal assistance within public procurements as needed. In periods in the framework agreement there can be more general procurement assistance connected to related services. For example, in periods with a need for specific procurement related competence. The contract includes the following services: Operative procurement assistance, Legal assistanceAndre procurement related services For more information on the procurement ́s extent and content, refer to the requirement specifications, see the tender documentation part B Annex 1.
