The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 4 tenderers for a period of up to 4 years (3 years with an option for an extension for 1 year) valid from 18.05.2026. i.a.: IT Strategy Planning and implementation of IT transformations Appraisal of technological systems Architecture Design of requirement specifications and needs descriptionsEvaluation in procurement processes, Legislation and requirements that can affect the security workEndringsledelseProsjektledelseTest managementIn hired consultants will initially have a place of work at Lysaker and work under the Research Council of Norway ́s management in the assignment period, and cannot be based on remote work. All communication and documentation shall be in Norwegian, so in practice it will be difficult to draw in consultants who do not understand Norwegian.
