Description

1. The subject of the contract is the design, development, implementation and provision of technical support and maintenance for the SOZP 2.0 application used to manage public procurement in the Municipality of Kraków, as well as the granting of a licence. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in the model contract, together with its annexes, constituting Annex 11 to the Contract Specification. 2. The Contracting Authority does not require the contract to be performed by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provisions of Article 94(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 793, as amended), hereinafter referred to as “the Act”. 3.
