France – Office cleaning services – Cleaning services for La Fabrique Rêves de Ville and the Huisne offices in Le Mans Métropole

Description

The framework agreement will be implemented through the issue of purchase orders, with a lead time of one month. It covers a minimum of 96,000 euros (excluding VAT) and a maximum of 166,000 euros (excluding VAT). The maximum amount of 166,000 euros excluding VAT is broken down as follows: Lot 1 – Cleaning services for the “Bureaux de l’Huisne” – 78,000 euros excluding VAT for 3 years. Lot 2 – Cleaning services for the Fabrique-Rêves de Ville – 88,000 euros excluding VAT for 4 years. The services are charged at unit rates. Each lot will be awarded separately and has a different duration, as Lot 1 is a reserved lot. For Lot 1 – cleaning services for the “Bureaux de l’Huisne” – the framework agreement with purchase orders is concluded for a period of 3 years from 4 January 2027
