Description

The scope of the Contract covers: a) The supply and management, in a straightforward manner and in line with market conditions, of licence rights to Standard Software, including implementation, renewals, updates and upgrades, and support (maintenance and support). It should be noted that the Contracting Authority also includes SaaS services relating to Microsoft’s PaaS and IaaS services (see Definitions) within this scope. The supply must be optimally tailored to the Contracting Authority’s requirements; b) The (onward) supply and management of Microsoft usage rights relating to Standard Software, including SaaS, PaaS and IaaS services, on the basis of EAS, CSP and other possible Microsoft contract forms, in accordance with terms agreed by the Contracting Authority, either independently or in partnership with Microsoft, c
