1. The subject of the contract is the purchase and implementation of server infrastructure to support the provision of e-services for Miejski Zakład Komunalny Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Stalowa Wola, divided into lots and with an option clause. 2. The project is being carried out as part of the project entitled ‘Introduction of new e-services for customers of MZK Sp. z o.o. in Stalowa Wola’, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under Priority No. FEPK.01 ‘Competitive and Digital Economy’, Measure FEPK.01.02 Digitalisation, of the regional programme ‘European Funds for Podkarpacie 2021–2027’, Call for proposals number FEPK.01.02-IZ.00-001/23. 3.
