Description

The subject of the public contract is to provide the provider of comprehensive support for the CA Service Desk information system, including support systems for operational monitoring and supervision of systems operated by the Contracting Authority (hereinafter referred to as the "System"). The Supplier will provide the Contracting Authority with support for the operation and development of the System through services provided to the Contracting Authority under the terms and conditions specified in the draft contract, which forms an annex to the contract and in which the subject of performance is described in more detail.
