Description

The subject of this contract is: 1) The design, development and implementation of a chatbot (with a live chat function) based on artificial intelligence, including integration with external systems, namely the QMS queuing system and the BB Reporting system, and its implementation within the Main City Portal, the Public Information Bulletin and the City Council Portal (should the option be exercised). 2) The design, development and implementation of a Voicebot: based on artificial intelligence, including integration with the QMS queuing system on the Contracting Authority’s helpline. 3) Restructuring of the Main City Portal, comprising: a) the implementation of a multisite architecture within it, together with the design, development and comprehensive implementation, within the framework of this architecture, of content from the following services:
