The subject of the contract is: “Comprehensive cleaning services in the buildings of the District Court for Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, together with cleaning of the adjacent outdoor areas”. The subject matter of the contract has been divided into three lots. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (scope of services and activities) is set out in Annex 1 to the Contract Specifications (SWZ), which forms an integral part of the SWZ. The draft provisions of the public procurement contracts, which will be incorporated into the text of the individual contracts (broken down by contract lot), are set out in Annexes 5A, 5B and 5C to the Tender Specifications. Pursuant to Article 441(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as the “Pzp”), the Contracting Authority intends to exercise the option in Part I and Part II
