Description
The subject of the procurement is Atlassian and the acquisition of licences for the use of the Subscriber. The Procurement Unit will select one (1) tenderer as the supplier following a competitive tender and will conclude a contract with this tenderer. Metsähallitus has designated end users. There are three (3) of them. The main users are the primary contact for the end users. The contact points for the expert appointed in the tender (and his/her deputy) are Metsähallitus' main users. The procurement is carried out by open procedure in accordance with Section 32 of the Public Procurement Act (1397/2016). The value of the procurement exceeds the EU threshold.
