Description
The subject matter of the contract is the provision of technical assistance services for Oracle software. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the model contract (with appendix), constituting Annex No. 9 to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter: CSR). (2) The Ordering Party requires that the subject matter of the contract be provided by a Contractor that has the status of an official Oracle commercial partner and is authorised to resell the manufacturer's products. The aforementioned status should be verifiable by the Ordering Party, in particular via the Oracle manufacturer's website: https://www.oracle.com/partner/find-partner. (3) The Contracting Authority shall not divide the contract into parts or allow the possibility of submitting partial offers in this procedure.
