Description

The subject matter of this public contract is the provision of support and development of application software (APV) for the area of Pension Benefits – IV – APV ZDD, UI3001, EDZ and Písárna (hereinafter referred to as the ‘System’). The subject matter of the public contract comprises, in particular, the following services: - System handover services – including, amongst other things, the preparation of the ServiceDesk tool and the implementation of monitoring based on a handover plan drawn up by the contractor; - System operation support services – including System monitoring, the provision of System administration and maintenance, user support and the provision of operational support for the System; - System development services in accordance with the contracting authority’s requirements, and the provision of training for key users, methodology specialists, system administrators and end users of the System; - expert support services for the operation of the System, in particular ensuring reconfigurations and para
