Description
The key objectives of this framework agreement are as follows: To successfully take over the system resulting from the implementation of the CNT6 programme whilst ensuring continuity of service; To rapidly acquire sufficient knowledge of the business areas of ANTAI and its partners in order to ensure a satisfactory level of service delivery, particularly during the design and implementation of technical and functional changes; To have the flexibility and responsiveness required to implement functional and regulatory changes; To implement the modernisation roadmap defined by ANTAI within the specified timeframes, in coordination with the other contractors for the CNT programmes.
