Ireland – Road transport services – Single Supplier for the provision of Coach Travel Management Services including Coaches with Drivers

Description

The Office of Government Procurement which is a division within the Department of Public Expenditure, Infrastructure, Public Service Reform and Digitalisation, seeks a Single Supplier for the provision of Coach Travel Management Services including Coaches with Drivers as part of Irelands hosting of the EU Presidency from July 2026. The provider will be responsible for the sourcing, provision, reservation and management of Coach Travel Management Services through the Organisation’s own or vetted third-party Coach provider to transport Attendees to and from various locations. The Coaches required are circa 50 Seats. The service provider will be responsible for the provision of Coach Travel Management support and experience, to individual Framework Clients and their Stakeholders (if needed) with advance scheduling, planning, route optimisation, and any other services related to Coach Travel Management Services.
